A SHEN workshop can be a fresh start for you. This is a powerful opportunity for you to experience this consistently effective, yet surprisingly gentle method of healing old emotional wounds that may be holding you back in life. You may like to attend purely to receive a concentrated number of sessions for your own emotional healing and well-being. During this 7 day workshop you will be supported to receive and give a series of 21 SHEN sessions in a safe learning environment.
Many participants report significant personal changes through this transformative experience alone. Attending this workshop will also equip you to be able to give friends and family relaxation sessions using core SHEN® techniques as well as swap with other participants.
Your Instructors: Saranya Tarrant and Anna Warner are experienced Certified SHEN Therapists and Instructors.
Saranya trained and qualified in Scotland in 1995 and has been a SHEN Therapist for 28 years. She has been an SHEN Instructor for 12 years and is a SHEN Mentor for the Certified SHEN Internship Training Programme.
Anna Warner has been a SHEN Therapist for 10 Years and a SHEN Instructor Trainee for 5 years.
The hand positions of SHEN are easy to learn; we use a comprehensive handbook and set of clear table charts that are yours to keep after the workshop
A delicious lunch is provided for each day by our caterer Mandi Hutchinson.
